“WIPED OUT” American West Coast IPA

Our first taste of this hop forward beer was with southern BBQ and it is a winning combination we still crave and indulge in. It is something we sought after time and time again in South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. Our IPA celebrates this combo. It's a gold beer with a medium body of intense citrus and floral flavor, ended with a bitter finish. Being one of our dry hopped beers; there is an extra dose of hop aroma in every sip balanced by a subtle malt character. This West Coast IPA is dedicated to best surfing beaches & boldly adventurous surfers from all around the world.

“SAVANNAH” belgian wit

Our summer days spent on Tybee Island Beach on outdoor decks with our toes buried in the warm golden sand made us yearn for a drinkable beach beer that has the same unexpected quirks and flavors of Tybee. The Belgian Wit is just that-a “ white” beer spiced with bitter orange peel and coriander which makes for a zesty orange and fruity finish and an unmistakable clean and crisp flavor profile. Just like Tybee, it has enough kick and is refreshing enough to make soaking up the sun a pleasurable treat. This beer is dedicated to where everything started "The beautiful City of Savannah".

“DARK EAST” robust vanilla porter

Living in the south of the United States where the summers are humid and the winters are crisp, we became a fan of the seasonal “sweet spot” between the summer and autumn. The cusp of autumn in the south  brings mild, warm days and balmy nights made to enjoy. Made for mutual enjoyment, the Robust Vanilla Porter is meant to be the “ sweet spot” when it comes dark beers. Not quite like the heavily spiced double stouts known for strong dark chocolate, coffee notes, and heavily roasted flavor, this beer instead is a step above the brown ale with medium intensity. It is a full bodied beer with hints of coffee and chocolate but also includes malty sweetness, and a hint of vanilla to give it a suave satiny finish. It’s light on spice, so it can be enjoyed in the late summer and has enough warmth to transition into autumn. Here’s to the joy of changing seasons! This beer is dedicated  to outdoorsman "Dogu Gursesler".

fixie.png
“FIXIE” american pale ale

Our fascination with the burger led us to one of its perfect companions, the American Pale Ale. From burger events to quaint local burger joints, we have had our share of the classic, gourmet, and grass fed burgers. Our American Pale Ale was created with the hardiness of the classic burger in mind. It is beer with a solid malt base and a dominant grapefruit finish crafted to pair well with the classic burger by calming the richness of the meat. Its slightly bitter finish will tame any foods rich in fat but can also stand alone as a refreshing beer that is quenching to drink. This beer's label honors cyclists as well as people who believe in sustainable living by featuring a 19th century endorsement for Germany's Patria Fixie bikes.

“IGOR THE SHEPHERD” german pilsner

During our teenager years, we had our fair share of commercial pilsners on our memorable visits to legendary Glapasides beach (Famagusta) in Cyprus. Although refreshing, we always felt something was missing. We wanted to create a pilsner for hop lovers that was a bit more complex and exciting. Our pilsner is just that, with a grapefruit, pine, and citrus aroma, subtle bready malt sweetness and a resinous hop profile, it awakens the senses. Although a bit more bitter than your traditional pilsner, it gives you a finish that is clean and dry. It will certainly make you want to take a second look at this style of beer. This beer is dedicated in loving memory of our German shepherd "Igor" R.I.P.

“DEEWHY” belgian dubbel

A visit to Delirium village on a layover in Brussels opened up a new world of beers to us. With a selection of over 2000 beers and a laid back atmosphere, it was beer lovers bliss. We were lucky enough to get our first taste of Belgian Dubbel there and have been its admirers since. Our Belgian Dubbel is just a taste of this experience. It has a caramel flavor and malty sweetness that is balanced with low bitterness. The real star is its fig and prune character and its dark amber color. It is a medium body beer that is complex enough to keep you coming back for more. This beer is dedicated to our first believer, supporter, and beer lover "Doga Yalcin".

Bı-communal  /  Collaboration beer

The idea comes from ‘Drink for peace’, an initiative which brings together brewers in divided countries, producing what they call “the most peaceful beers in the world”. The Germany-based group has collected recipes from Bosnia Herzegovina, Israel and Palestine before targeting north and south Cyprus.

“Drink For Peace - CYPRUS”  hoppy wheat ale

A BEER THAT IS DELICIOUS. All the way. Perfectly hand-crafted with the finest flavors. In this brew indulge in flowery, slightly spicy notes of the noble Hallertauer Blanc hops.

A BEER THAT SETS AN EXAMPLE. It proves that people can take action and lead the way towards long-lasting peace and develop a partnership between the diverse communities of Cyprus.  What you hold in your hand is a not only a locally crafted beer, but a collaboration between the brewers from across the divide: Costas, and brothers Ogün and Orçun. What they have developed is a unique recipe, of trust, respect, and determination.

A BEER THAT HELPS. We put our money where our mouth is. Fifty percent of all profits go to local social projects like The Home for Cooperation which is a respected intercommunal community center. We are proud of this initiative and, of course,  you – because you support a good cause with every sip.

“CAPTAIN'S NEIPA” Strawberry Milkshake ipa

Strawberry Moon, the name natives gave the full moon in June, once ushered in the plentiful seasons of harvest for the berry. With sweet juiciness and unmistakable color, berries have become a symbol of summer in Cyprus and are the star in our Strawberry Milkshake IPA. Made to taste like " Cyprus in a glass", this hazy IPA leads with strawberries from Dillirga, set against a smooth and soft body that allows for a hop forward aroma. This beer is dedicated to our  Doctor Hakan Kaptanogullari, who will forever be connected to the mesmerizing sea of the Iskele/Skala (Larnaca) region of Cyprus.  The moon may have guided his ancestors through many adventures at sea and brought them to the island of Cyprus on their most memorable journey.

“BEERANA" mexican Pale Lager

Cyprus summers were made for drinking cerveza or “una fria” (a cold one). Meant to be a true mexican lager, BeerAna, is a cerveza that is crisp and light like classic favorites;  elevated in taste and drinkability through a balanced malt flavor and bitterness. Corn flakes, a childhood favorite,  give a subtle sweetness and makes it a perfect chilled companion for summer gatherings. Our cerveza is at its best, served in a glass rimmed with salt and with a squeeze of citrus. This beer is a nod to Jose Ramon Jr. and Sr., who originate from Puerto Rico, have an eye for winning combinations, and always appreciate an ice cold mexican cerveza.
